In one of your articles, it's mentioned that while taking bath we should not use Soap or powder. Should we also not use flours made of Greengram or Bengalgram or Shikakai? When we use only water for bath, will not the bad odour created by the sweating of our skin remain in our body? How the dirt in our skin will be removed? Kindly enlighten me on this. Thanks.

When you use soap and other things they are absorbed partly into the skin to digest them; since the cells of the skin cannot digest these materials they become like unwanted dirty materials to be excreted by the skin cells with foul smell. Use plain water to cleanse your skin or to cool your skin. There is no dirt or foul smell on living cells of the skin. The bad smell is due to the excretion of the dirty soap and other things within hours that you forcibly apply into the surface cells of the skin.
