Myth & Truth
Me too wearing specs for more than 20 years....Kamardeen
Dear Kamar, In Allopathy not a single eye disease or diabetes is either controlled or cured. It is a good thing that you had stopped taking diabetic treatment. First, with regard to wearing spectacles: do not wear your specs all the time; remove your specs whenever possible and wherever not necessary; follow as advised with regard to the sour taste. This measure is meant for protecting the liver function in its prime capacity. The Liver is the organ that develops the muscles and infuses into it the functional strength and the tone; a very good example to this is the condition of the muscle tone i.e. the loss of muscle power while suffering from jaundice. What you need at this stage of the disease is total bed rest until your muscles recover from the effects of jaundice; and more, you have no appetite and you cannot eat for the muscles of the digestive organs have lost their ability to function; likewise the eye muscles also get tired while liver is weak. In the initial stages of liver involvement the eye muscles are the very first ones to be affected in the weakness for the eye muscles are the most delicate and finest of all muscles. So, when you have weakness in the eye muscles which is revealed as defective vision, give maximum rest to the eyes and to the rest of the muscles of the body; and now a clear warning to you is stop doing morning walking, workouts and unwanted and unnecessary exercises that is totally unwarranted for any human. Any person or child who wears specs or whose eyes have developed vision defects must stop doing exerting the muscles of the rest of the body so that the energy will be preserved for the eyes and very soon the children will remove the specs and get cured of the vision disorders as they grow. And very importantly, no inorganic substances like chemical drugs and vitamins or so called vitamin added, enriched garbage supported by the doctors of the Modern medicine.

Latest Myth & Truth
Dear Dr Rahman, I am Sundar, Male 51 years, residing at Bangaliore. Ihappen to be a diabeticfor 13 years (poor control!) with a bit of BP and cholestrol. About 2 months back i had a viral infection with joints pain all over my body. The fever went away in a few days, but the joints pain continued. I was told by my GP that this would gradually go away in a few weeks/months. Took some ayurvedic supplements (suggested by the same allopath GP) Ten days later, the joints pain subsided, but my hands and feet became numb, with pricking pain. The GP attributed this to the viral infection and advised to take mecobalamin(B12) tablets/injection, and continued with more ayurvedic supplements.(Dhanavantri & Bruhat chintamani) Meanwhile i met a neurologist for a second assessment, and went through a 'motor nerve conduction test" and was diagnosed as: 1. predominantly motor polyneuroradiculopathy (mixed type) affecting lower and upper limb nerves 2. severe bilateral median neuropathy at the level of wrist consistent with bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome The neurologist said this was mostly due to the viral infection, but could be because of poor diabetes control(fast:190, PP:300) also. he added that there was no cure, and that the body would have to heal on its own. My numbness and pain has not subsided, am now trying homeopathy for a week for a cure. would request your assessment and advice, shall be able to come to Chennai for a personal consultation Thanks and have a good day! cordially, Sundar Ramanujam --By Sundar Ramanujam
