Medical Bulletin - 29/10/2008 ( Read More.. )

Dear Doctor,

Most regularly I have been watching your program in the Tamilan TV and it is quite impressive.

I did my heart bypass surgery in June 2006 in Apollo - Srilanka by Dr. Prasad Khrisnan. I am Diabetic for about 9 years and taking following pills regularly.

1. Avandamet 2mg/500mg 2 morning and evening (before Glucophage 1750mg morning and evening)

2. Emeryl 3mg 1.5 morning and evening

3. Before Lipitor 10mg now Lypanthyl 200m due to high triglycerides 479

During Ramadan my Glucose level was 397 and now it is 243 and I am still taking 1 tb spoon full for my morning tea and eating rice during lunch.

And the Dr. ask me to HbAIC test for heart and what is this for

In between I took Unani Medicine for one month from Dr. Hakim Seyd Sattar of Rabbani Waidiyasala from Chennai and discontinued due to unavailablity. Does this sugar complaint affect the normal sexual life.

I am working in Saudi Arabia and I would like to have your golden advice on the above.

Look forward to receive your kind response by return.

Thanks & Best Regards,

Throw Allopathy into Dust Bin

Dear Mr. Nair,

By succumbing to the ignorance of allopathy, and allowing them to do the bypass surgery the most damaging infliction has been caused to your heart.

How can you bypass a natural passage of blood flow? What happens to the in between portion that is bypassed? Until before the bypass surgery, the heart muscles that surround the bypassed area had been receiving the radiating energy as the blood traverses through it. It is this immense energy that gives functional ability to the heart and maintains the inherent beating potential of the heart.

The radiating energy from the blood vessels shall create and open up newer and newer blood vessels where there is emergency. Therefore at no point of time the heart shall suffer lack of blood supply to maintain the structure and the inherent beating potential of the heart. Let there be 90% block; still this is not at all an alarming situation for the heart, for it has tremendous potential to safeguard any eventuality all on its own.

Actually what blocks your heart is your mind! You would have heard of young and strong people even of athletic build succumbing in the mind first when they hear to a very grief some news instantly suffering a massive heart attack. If you ponder over this example you will know the heart block is not due to coronary arteries being blocked by thrombosis, cholesterol or any such nonsense that allopathy utters but it is the emotions - in other words the stress in the mind level is the one and the only cause for the strain in the heart blood vessels that leads to slow block that develops over the years insidiously or instant death due to massive heart block.

The mind stress is due to the emotions: worry, sad, grief, fear, anger and happiness. You might be surprised how happiness could cause heart attack. The truth is this! Sadness and happiness both shall create heart block and bring about the heart attack; but the difference is that the pain that develops due to sadness is slow and transparent; and there is every chance the patient might revive from an attack or can totally ward it off. But the attack due to extreme happiness is very sudden and often fatal and you stand no chance even for the first aid.

The emotion fear often trips down many a beat in the heart at which point the block gets imprinted in the lumen of the blood vessels; and each time the fear grips the heart, the block gets aggravated and the condition worsens.

Then the emotion anger causes the most dangerous block both slowly and also all of a sudden. Finally the worry and sadness results in definite future heart block very, very slowly without one ever knowing it. Such causes lead to silent heart attack without even a warning!

Mr. Nair, get rid off the emotions, the only stressful situations or in other words be careful as tp not to lose your peace and composure by being aware all the time of the importance of such need. By God’s Grace if you are honest to keep up peace, it is already granted for you for God loves who seeks peace.

Same holds well for your diseases like sugar, cholesterol etc. Remove the stress and get relieved of the physical strain i.e the diseases. Stop all the medicines and throw the doctors’away, and their prescriptions and the very thought that you have such diseases you had mentioned ~ into the dust bin. For the stress free mind one can pray to God for it is the only way to stay at peace that destroys all emotions. May God forgive us; and guide us in the straight path.

Latest Myth & Truth
Dear Dr Rahman, I am Sundar, Male 51 years, residing at Bangaliore. Ihappen to be a diabeticfor 13 years (poor control!) with a bit of BP and cholestrol. About 2 months back i had a viral infection with joints pain all over my body. The fever went away in a few days, but the joints pain continued. I was told by my GP that this would gradually go away in a few weeks/months. Took some ayurvedic supplements (suggested by the same allopath GP) Ten days later, the joints pain subsided, but my hands and feet became numb, with pricking pain. The GP attributed this to the viral infection and advised to take mecobalamin(B12) tablets/injection, and continued with more ayurvedic supplements.(Dhanavantri & Bruhat chintamani) Meanwhile i met a neurologist for a second assessment, and went through a 'motor nerve conduction test" and was diagnosed as: 1. predominantly motor polyneuroradiculopathy (mixed type) affecting lower and upper limb nerves 2. severe bilateral median neuropathy at the level of wrist consistent with bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome The neurologist said this was mostly due to the viral infection, but could be because of poor diabetes control(fast:190, PP:300) also. he added that there was no cure, and that the body would have to heal on its own. My numbness and pain has not subsided, am now trying homeopathy for a week for a cure. would request your assessment and advice, shall be able to come to Chennai for a personal consultation Thanks and have a good day! cordially, Sundar Ramanujam --By Sundar Ramanujam
